Welcome to My Diary: Mirror Girlie Reflections 🪞
I call myself a mirror girlie for many reasons—first, as a child of Yemayá, the ocean’s reflective depths are in my essence. Secondly, my entire life I’ve had a way of reflecting people back to themselves, often making me polarizing to those unready to see their own truths. My presence can be a light, a challenge, or a revelation, depending on what someone is willing to face. Time has led me to realize that we are actually all mirrors of one another.
So rather than exhault the perception of others, this is really about exhaulting the perception I have of myself. Self-acceptance is the key. Which leads my to my third point… Above all, I hold my self-reflection & self-acceptance as a sacred practice, always seeking and revering the depths within—because to know oneself is to hold power, to heal, and to flow with life’s ever-changing tides.
This space is in dedication to my fellow mirror girlies. The ones who see, who are seen, the ones with big feels, and who are unafraid to dive into their own reflections. The outspoken, the bold, the boundless. The ones who are somehow seen as too much, and yet not enough. May you find acceptance, clarity, truth, and endless depths within yourself. I love you, I love me, I love us.

Sunday Scaries: Mourning Joy + Alchemizing the Gloom
✨ Sunday Scaries, but Make It Sacred ✨
In this deeply honest Mirror Girlie reflection, I unpack the emotional wave that hit after a high-vibe week—aka the Sunday Scaries. From Full Moon feels to shadow work, inner child joy, and choosing tools over doom scrolling, this post is a soft, sacred reminder that the work is invisible, but oh so real. If you’ve ever felt grief creeping in after joy, this one’s for you. 💭🌊

Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger
Everyday my lya says, "Ocha doesn't make your life easier, Ocha makes you stronger."

“Not tryin’ to get by. I’m tryin’ to get free.”
